The Reds were able to sign two central defenders in the winter, but according to reports by The Mirror, as they are still looking for improvement, wanting to prioritize signing Torino’s center back Bremer in the next Liverpool transfer window.
The 23-year-old made the move to Serie A in the summer of 2018, leaving his home country of Brazil.
Torino are believed to have paid around £5m for the centre-back, who has made 62 appearances across all competitions for the club.

In terms of a potential fee for the Brazilian, it is claimed that he is valued at less than £10m, though it is also suggested that the Italian side are expecting several offers for his signature in the summer:
Bremer has consistently played in Serie A this term, with three goals scored, his current contract with Torino will expire in 2023 and currently just 23-year-old. So, in all fairness, the above-mentioned valuation is quite low for his performance.
Last month, Tutto Sport (via Torino Granata – TMW) claimed that Torino would want around 25 million euros (£22million) to let the centre-back leave.
